Five things, done to the drawing.

We don't chase every scope. These are the ones we self-perform or directly manage.

  • Footings, grade beams, and monolithic slabs
  • CMU block, columns, and tie beams

How it works

How a job actually moves.

01

Scope and pricing

We walk the site, read the plans, and return a line-item estimate organized by trade — not a lump sum you can't check.

02

Permitting

Drawings, product approvals, and engineering coordinated through Miami-Dade or the local building department. Every comment tracked to clearance.

03

Build

One point of contact, a published schedule, and weekly progress with photos. Inspections booked ahead, not after the crew is idle.

04

Close-out

Punch list, final inspections, warranty documents, and as-builts handed over in one package.
